Professional pathways
Looking for a leg up in the world of professional equine sport? Our Professional Pathways Program works to increase diversity among equestrians professionals from the ground up, helping match qualified Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) individuals with like-minded professionals through internships, working student positions, and more.
If you’ve ever considered becoming a professional rider, veterinarian, farrier, show organizer, photographer, or any other professional in the equestrian sphere, then you know how important it is to find learning opportunities to gain valuable skills and connections. SEE’s Professional Pathways Program works to increase diversity in the equestrian sphere, advance economic justice for BIPOC individuals, and ensure equitable access to professional advancement opportunities. We help connect qualified applicants with appropriate professionals for internships, apprenticeships, working student positions, and more.
